After 25 years for Todd and 30 years for Tom in residential real estate, both agents have combined their skills to create the marketing team of PeabodyGuys.com No matter where our travels have taken us over the years in real estate, it always comes back to our hometown of Peabody.
Both Todd and Tom believe that it's not the extensive collection of sales awards that you may have amassed over the years, but rather, the relationships that you have built with clients and those involved in the real estate profession. Todd and Tom have built solid reputations in the fields of residential and commercial real estate. We've worked hard to forge relationships with clients, other agents, lenders, the legal profession, government agencies, architects, designers and builders, just to name a few.

Todd often likes to remark that bringing a real estate transaction in for a closing is like landing a large plane....you've 'gotta know just how to do it. Todd and Tommy met up during "the golden age" of youth hockey here in Peabody. Our families have been around the city for over 60 years. Tom's father managed the McVann-O'Keefe Skating Rink near Peabody High, while Todd's dad coached and Todd's brother played the first game in the McVann-O'Keefe Rink, against Danvers. Tommy later moved on to junior and collegiate hockey. Numerous outstanding athletes in many sports have gone on to become part of the fabric that is Peabody, and has given the city more cause for celebration. It is here that Todd and Tom's families have met so many nice people and have enjoyed all that is good about our hometown.
Todd graduated from The West Memorial School, The Kennedy Junior High and Peabody Veteran's Memorial High School in 1982. He received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from The Questrom School of Business at Boston University and a law degree from The Massachusetts School of Law. He graduated from the Realtor Institute and received his GRI Designation from The Massachusetts Association of Realtors in 2006. Todd is also a practicing attorney, based in Middleton.
Tom has been the Broker/Principal of Doyle Real Estate for many years. His exceptional abilities in new home construction, conceptual land planning, investment properties and residential & commercial sales have been well known throughout the North Shore. Tom graduated from the Higgins Junior High and Peabody Veteran's Memorial High School, in 1981. He then went on to earn a Bachelor of Science degree from Bentley University, in 1986. Tom has achieved multiple certifications in the field of seller representation (SRS), and buyer representation (CBR). Tom is one of the area's top producers, based in Middleton.
